LOGLINE:

A deadly new form of heroin hits the streets of Santa Monica, sending the Bike Patrol into overtime.  During the investigation, T.C. falls under the seductive spell of an undercover DEA agent who’s in over her head.  Meanwhile, it’s a war of the egos when Victor is forced to requalify on his Trek-Y under the instruction of trials champion Hans Rey.
