LOGLINE:
Pacific Blue investigates a pharmaceutical company which is distributing counterfeit imported drugs to low-income clinics and stores. After a local eccentric is shot because he witnessed a crime, Chris feels guilty for dismissing his conspiracy theories as ficitional rantings.
Victor is upset when his mother, ROSA, visits a local doctor, who is also a priest and a childhood rival of Victor’s, for a medical condition she hasn’t told him about.
