LOGLINE:
While working with T.C. on an arson case, Chris Kelly must confront her own childhood memories of a fiery terror. While Cory McNamara chases the “snakeman” around the Venice boardwalk, the precinct is menaced by an un-catchable rat that has eaten it’s way through the evidence lock -up and made off with a large portion of speed.
