LOGLINE:
The wild son of a Romanian ambassador commits crimes on the boardwalk, causing a major headache for Pacific Blue because the father’s diplomatic immunity also extends to his son. When Palermo threatens to deport the son to keep his streets safe, he unknowingly puts a secret government sting operation in jeopardy.
During a pickup basketball game at the beach, Palermo befriends a bright young black man whose skills could land him a college basketball scholarship. But when Palermo learns about his secret past, he has to decide whether or not to turn him in and blow the opportunity for the once illiterate young man to get a college education.
