LOGLINE:
Sandy is attacked at home by a serial rapist called “The Daystalker”. During their investigation, the Bike Patrol must deal with a by-the-book detective who has her own ideas about how the case should be handled. Afraid that the Daystalker will move on to another town before they can catch him, Cory volunteers to act as bait in a trap, just as he crosses over from serial rapist to serial killer.
Elvis is hexed by a Rastafarian vendor on the boardwalk. After discovering that Victor is actually responsible for the resulting weird events, Elvis has the hex transferred to Victor.
