LOGLINE:
A trio of heavily-armed and heavily-armored bank robbers holds up a Santa Monica bank. Chris is targeted for death when one of the robbers swears vengeance after she shoots him. Victor, shot during the robbers’ getaway, is the butt of jokes at the Firehouse.
Palermo learns from Jessie that HELEN, his ex-wife and Jessie’s mother, is being abused by her live-in boyfriend. Palermo offers her shelter and comfort in his home, but when old romantic feelings resurface between them, Jessie is the one to suffer.
