LOGLINE:
T.C. bumps heads with a group of highly territorial surf Nazis’ that are bullying minorities on the beach and board walk while Cory tries to help a sixteen year old black “tagger”, who she believes has artistic talent. The cove, a long time nude beach, is the subject of a city referendum finally making it legal, but protesters on either side are making life difficult for the bike patrol.
