LOGLINE:
With help from some skinhead cronies, the new manager for an apartment building on the Venice Boardwalk makes life hell for the tenants as the owner wants to raze the existing building and build high-priced condos.
Palermo has woman trouble on two fronts. He’s dating a woman several years his junior, and when his sixteen year-old daughter JESSIE unexpectedly shows up to live with him, she doesn’t take kindly to the new woman in his life.
Lifeguard captain Mackie Smith is back, challenging the Bike Patrol to a roller-hockey game versus the lifeguards.
