LOGLINE:
While the unit is on the trail of a trio of heavily armed takedown robbers, T.C. finds himself face to face at gunpoint with one of the perps on the roof of a liquor store. After being ordered to shoot T.C. , the young gunman has cold feet and flees. T.C., realizing his own mortality, becomes obsessed with the case as he spirals into self destructive behavior. After our officers find themselves in a high tension situation as the remaining two heavies try to take a young girl hostage. When T.C. finds himself again confronted by the same young gunman, he has to talk him out of killing a wounded Tony Palermo.
While Chris is romanced by a young English teacher, Victor Del Toro searches for his high school prom date, now a magazine centerfold.
