LOGLINE:
A scorching heat wave descending on the beach is making everyone crazy. T.C. has to protect a lady sex talk disc jockey who is being stalked by a demented listener. While Cory and Victor are on the trail of the “topless bandits”, Elvis is convinced that a strange series of holes on the beach are the result of aliens trying to make contact with Southern Californians.
