LOGLINE:
A criminal T.C. arrested years ago breaks out of jail and kidnaps T.C., dumping him in a trailer buried in the sand underneath a beach. The kidnapper gives T.C.’s father, ETHAN CALLAWAY, twenty-four hours to deliver the multi-million dollar ransom, or T.C. will die. As Pacific Blue frantically searches for T.C.’s location, T.C. tries to find a way out of his underground prison… which will soon become his tomb.
